If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

What to Do:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the item and packaging

    • A brief description of the issue

  • We will offer one of the following options:

    • A replacement item, if available

    • A refund, if the item is out of stock

    • A discount or store credit, based on the situation
