We do not accept returns for:

Intimates, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional giveaways
Return Procedure

Contact contact@smile-style.shop with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide the return instructions and shipping address.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost (unless the item is damaged or incorrect).

Include your original receipt or order confirmation inside the package.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping fees).
Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after approval.
